"I had an 8 pallet shipment that I had set up for pickup early in the morning. At 4:50 pm when I called to see when the truck would arrive, the dispatcher told me that he could not get a truck to the area, and that the pickup would not happen. I did not receive a phone call or email that my pickup would not happen, until I called at 4:50 pm, and the dispatcher didn't really care. Poor customer service!"
"Shipping was very fast for freight! Day ahead of schedule. Phone call from a very pleasant representative day before delivery. Driver called half hour before arrival. Driver was very nice and professional. Unfortunately product was damaged. Box with multiple up arrows was upside down on pallet. Almost a 5 star delivery!"
