Braun's Express Inc

"I purchased a larger item off a company from Georgia that used Braun's express to ship my item from Georgia to Massachusetts , After a week and half of waiting for my item to be delivered from the Hopedale facility and multiple calls, I had to hire a company pick up the item at the warehouse facility. The Brauns Express communication is poor at best ! I'm sure if you don't have to meet a schedule or be responsible to your customer and employees than they are the company that you use! I would never pay for a item to be shipped by them again !"

"Best place to deliver, lumpers are very professional and understanding. Overnight parking possible, please ask first. You will be told where to park so others are not affected. Braun's Express, thank you very much for your prompt help. Until next time. Sorry no pics."

"Horrible experience... I placed an order at Home Depot which - as I learned - was supposed to be delivered by Braun's Express. It has been 2 weeks beyond the original delivery date - still not delivered. They changed their mind and decided to deliver to Home Depot of their choice (not in my area) without anyone even notifying me. They have not even started the delivery yet. I called them multiple times, asked why they decided to deliver to Massachusetts and not to NH where I am - the answer was "because we are in MA". I called Home Depot many times as well - they can't do much, not under their control any more. They placed a request to at least deliver to NH Home Depot - so that I can go and pick it up. I can't cancel the order - will pay a restocking fee and I have a contractor waiting for this order for over two weeks... Run away if you can!"

"Express they are not. I used them through a separate vendor. My vendor said Braun's would call to set up a delivery appointment. They did not. Three weeks later, I called and set up a delivery for the next day. Delivery didn't happen, I called and they said the goods never made it on the truck. Delivery set for next day- never happened. I called at the end of the day and they said their driver called out. I asked why no one called me to tell me and the person on the phone said, "they were supposed to". Took no responsibility at all. Two days later the item arrived. The two delivery guys were great, delivered in an absolute downpour. Will never use them by choice."

"Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had with not only a shipping company, but with any company in general. I was told my delivery would be here Monday, May 11th. No call, no show. I called them Tuesday, they told me it would be here later that day. Again, they didn’t show up. I called back Wednesday, they told me it would be here Thursday between 11 and 1. Can you guess what happened? 1 o’clock came and went, still no deliver. I called again, and was told it never got put on the truck and I’d have to wait until Friday afternoon. After losing my patience, the guy on the phone told me he’d get it to me by Friday between 7 and 8 am. Finally on Friday, at 8:30am, my delivery arrived. Throughout the entire process, the people I dealt with on the phone were rude, didn’t seem to care, and were extremely unhelpful. No one tried to make it right, I never even got so much as an “I’m sorry your delivery was late”. At one point I did get a “I don’t know what to tell you”. I will never use this company again nor will I do business with any company that plans on shipping through them. Braun’s Express is a joke."
