"Needed a winch out after I bottomed out my truck while plowing. I have USAA. I ended up having Bulldog Towing take the towing assignment. Bulldog called me and gave me an ETA. The driver called me when he was about 5 min out. He promptly hooked up the winch cable and got me out. He made sure I could back out the remainder of the way before he left. He had his granddaughter with him who was helping him operate the winch and she also took photos. It was a great experience all around and I would recommend Bulldog Towing."

"I have just moved from CT to VT. A week before the final move, I decided to take a ride and move some stuff up to my new place so I packed everything I could fit into my Acadia and off I went. Just as I got to exit 7 on 91, I hit a nail and the tire pressure was rapidly decreasing. By the time I got to the gas station right off the highway, it was completely flat. On star sent Bulldog towing and I have nothing but good things to say. Nolan was amazing. He was so friendly and efficient. He not only got the tire changed for me but he helped me put back all the stuff I had to take out to get to the spare. He also got there a full hour before onstar said he would. When he was all done, he gave me directions to a tire shop to get the flat repaired ( yes, I have GPS but when you don’t know where you are, it’s nice to have some landmarks to look for. Sometimes GPS is not correct). All in all, Nolan and Bulldog Towing made something that seemed at first to be catastrophic into not a big deal. Seriously though, give that boy a raise."

"The driver and tow service was fine, but I paid cash and forgot to ask for a receipt (yes, my fault, but it was a long day). Called the office a couple days later and was told they would text me a receipt. Two days go by, no receipt. Called back to remind them. Have also texted a couple times. It's been a week and a half - no receipt. I need it to get reimbursed by insurance. Poor customer service. I do not recommend."

"Bulldog Trucking LLC was AMAZING. Once they were notified about me needing a tow they were responsive and to my location within an hour. The tow truck driver was very kind and helpful, I was treated with nothing but respect the whole time being notified of when the car was picked up as well as dropped off to the desired location. I wish I had written his name down. I will 1,000% recommend them for all towing needs in the future!"
