He has covid, and his boss just called him and told him he needs to go to work, he said it doesn't matter if you have covid, as long as you don't have a fever you are good to go... Is this even legal? Smh ...they don't care for people's safety... So many can and have died because of covid... This needs to be investigated..."
"Changed from ABF because they would often no-show scheduled pickups and had less than favorably customer service. So far, Old Dominion has been nothing but prompt, punctual, courteous and understanding. The driver is super friendly."
"Very upset! We just had a pickup at our facility by Old Dominion. Despite the the signs at the road and the cement barriers placed on our new parking lot to prevent it, the driver pulled in, then executed a cramped turn around, scuffing his tires, digging spots in the asphalt. (See pics)"
"I took the morning off of work to accept the package. They didn't get my package to me in the four hour window (8 a.m -12 p.m) they give me. They never called me. At 1p.m I called them and they told me the truck was packed incorrectly and would not be delivered until 3-5. So i missed a whole day of work and they were unapologetic about it. Totally ridiculous and the facility is 3 miles from my house."
