"Amongst the worst customer service i’ve ever been provided. My mother in law sent 3 boxes and all were vandalized. When we called to complain we were treated like liars, thieves and scoundrels. I sent a box also to The Dominican Republic and it took 6 weeks for my cargo to arrive, whenever i called to inquire i was spoken to with disrespect. This is not the way to conduct business, we all work hard for our money to help our relatives out of the USA. Me personally i do t need to lie about missing items in a box, it’s just that if i’m paying for a service it’s only fair i get my money’s worth. It’s ok because i will never use this company ever again. People need to understand the meaning of customer service when setting up a business. This is the USA and as a consumer i have rights."
