"We did two local loads with them, upheld our deal of the contract and they refused to pay us for one of the loads because we managed to move both load in a single day. When we tried to dispute the short payment for the se one load with the broker he ignored all of our calls and emails. When we told him we’d file against their bond for payment, they black listed us with out reaching out nor asking our side of the story. However we never did, just took the lose of $500 and let bygones be bygones. However when we tried to move past all this and book another load 4 years later with an entirely different office we couldn’t. We tried to call their compliance department and resolve this matter Peter the person that answered refused to listen or even offer a resolution. I’m assuming it was just due to it being later in the day and he just wanted to go home. Whenever I asked for management or a superior that would have a resolution he refused to get anyone and just hung up on me. So unprofessional of a company of this size to handle matters this way, we now will advocate to anyone to stay clear of them."
