"Great company to gain all kinds of work experience, Im a night shift driver that starts and ends in Billerica everyday, always have work for me never had to sit home for no work other than extremely bad weather, shift starts at 7 pm to 7 am, run a forklift to unload at the end of the shift, usually back at the terminal by 430am/5am to unload, recoup or restack anything and load to the delivery trailers, pays very good and gets plenty of experience with the trucking industry. 3 years and making very good $ as a driver, day shift is good to that does local deliveries and pickups and also runs the forklifts like we do, Great Company, management is good"

"Absolutely Horrible - Don't know where my last review went, seems it was taken down. Package arrived at their local terminal on Oct. 26th. Never received any calls. Call Customer Service, first they told me they would speak with local terminal. 2 days, nothing. Call back, wait on hold for another 25 minutes, then I'm told local truck broke down. Now they emailed me a to say "the terminal at this time does not have the proper equipment to deliver this...." The box is only 40 lbs and 28"x28"x69". WHAT SPECIAL EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED? No calls, just BS answers from Customer Disservice. They have had my merchandise for almost 10 days now with no answer on when they are going to get it to me. Local Terminal Manager hasn't called, no manager from HQ has called...no one has called. They only respond by email and they wont give me a number for the local terminal. They have $750 worth of my goods that I paid for and they cant get it to me? This is not a good company."

"I decided to try out central despite recommendations otherwise. I had three loads go out that were well over the window given. I had one three day and two one days, the real transit times were six, four, and four business days respectively. Not only that but one of my loads was reclassified as three times the height of the physical product and bumped the density and shipping charge to almost three times the actual rate. They dont give any form of compensation for late deliveries. Will not be shipping Central again."

"Without doubt, the most unreliable company I have ever encountered. They called me and booked delivery for Friday - they didn't show up or bother to call to cancel. I called and arranged delivery for Monday - again, they didn't show or call to cancel. Delivery rearranged for Thursday but could not complete delivery as a they failed to provide lift gate service despite repeated requests. Finally delivered on Friday, one week late. Complete waste of my time and energy!"
