"Absolutely terrible company to work for now that management has changed in the account/all over the region. When you have managers that only care about 1 thing and that thing is money....a lot of problems start to happen. Doesn't matter if its office staff, drivers, customers or the general public...everyone suffers when your in the orbit of JB Hunt. Accidents because the company pressures drivers to take loads they are not comfortable with or when the weather is not safe to drive. Deliveries to the wrong locations when there is no communication between the warehouse and the office because management is so hated throughout the building its every department for themselves. It's really sad because this place used to be somewhere I love working and its just gotten progressively worse and worse over time. Through promoting people like T. Reddinger, who has no business running a grocery store let alone a region of extremely difficult deliveries he's a drain on the entire system. The only thing that keeps them above water is the exceptional drivers that do their best to make up for the piss poor management style."
