"Two months after I first contacted them about my under-paid insurance claim (which took a month to be finalised in the first place), and they FINALLY get back to me and have the audacity to tell me that after me needing to send them 21 emails in 2 months with no reply, I was being unreasonable to assume they were ignoring me. Disgusting. Despite receiving a box with US$360 worth of items inside (and roughly $200 or more in shipping costs) I was refunded only a $90 credit, because they didn’t think I provided enough photos (they never asked for any more, mind you) to prove that everything inside the crushed box was damaged. I’ll have to go to my bank and consumer affairs next to go through the hassle of getting my money back. After many years and recommending Stackry to numerous people, I’m looking elsewhere. The service has gone downhill in a major way. It’s a shame because they were fantastic for a long time."

"Such a terrible idea to use this company. My first shipment was large and most my items were damaged. We paid for them to be bubble wrapped and they were just thrown in the box without bubble wrap. Customer service took months to respond to my claim and only reimbursed for 1 item. Huge financial loss and I even paid insurance incase. What a SCAM SITE AVOID AT ALL COST. BEWARE"

"Got charged 75$ for fed ex ground shipping on two packages I consolidated. I was better off not using Stackry and having them shipped directly to me. It would have been cheaper. Genuinely regret using this and have to wait so much longer to get my products. how they calculated this price for shipping I have no idea. I’m sure they are taking money from us and that’s included in the price. Be careful before you decide to use this service. you might be better off without it."
