"The worst. I have never received anything on time. Never. One excuse after another, multiple phone calls."

"Absolutely the worst shipping company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We had a bunch of furniture ordered. We watched the tracking, and it arrived at their facility last Friday. Monday we called to see what is going on with it. We were told we had to call to schedule a delivery date....how would we know that? Good thing we called to check on it. So we scheduled for Wednesday "by noon". Wednesday afternoon rolls around and we call again. Apparently the guy we talked to didn't actually schedule it. So we do it again for Friday(today) by 2pm. Watching the tracking again, we see this morning that it's been transferred to a partner carrier. So we call, and the lady on the phone says "it should still be there by 2". At 3:30 there's another update on the tracking to call the new carrier. The carrier then tells me that they just got the freight today from ABF, that they'll be able to deliver it sometime NEXT WEEK, but aren't sure when. I asked about why it was scheduled today, and he said he has no idea, that he personally handles their scheduling. SO ABF FLAT OUT LIED, NOT ONCE OR TWICE, BUT 3 TIMES! Abhorrent customer service. We had a similar problem last year, of their customer service straight up lying. It was only until we contacted someone that actually loads the trucks that we figured out what was going on. We thought it was just a 1-off fluke; 1 bad experience, but apparently not."

"Careful dont trust the dispatchers. Missed our pickup 3 days in a row. Just use someone else and don't waste your time or effort speaking with them. Led us on for 3 days and now our shipment is late and still in our warehouse. Pickup Request Number: WWW5201084"

"Wouldn't deliver to my house like the shipper paid for, ABF nor the shipper (BJs wholesale) were very helpful to resolve the issue. Also only gave me a 30 min window during the week to pick up, during a traditional work day. Box was a little beat up but after unpacking fine On a positive they dropped it into my truck using a forklift."

"It was raining and they had a guy move our pods into a covered area so we could pack without getting soaked. Saved the day, really."
