"Worked here before, line managers have no regards to new hired employees and they force to overtime without approval from the employee itself. Humans with family like us need to clock out on time and check first with their family if overtime can be accomodated to secure their loveones at home in the wee hours at night and early morning and let them know about the overtime since cellphones are not allowed inside the warehouse. Not a good place to work. Slave type of management. Accident waiting to happen for you and your family to earn for a living. Good decision not to pursue a proper career here. Bad handling of new employees and packages to be delivered. Always the worst on taking care of what matters mosts. To let you know, I saw how they handle packages and most just fall in the conveyor belt to the floor if no one will retrieve it and handling it bad before putting it inside the van. Drivers and their own vans are not employees and just contracted which will not care if the packages are delivered intact and secure. Need for a overhaul change of their system, they are already out of time and still stone age old technology and old way of bad handling of packages, saw it and cringe on how they do it inside. Not a world class service to safely deliver your packages."
"Drivers are never sure if it's a package delivery service or a shotput competition. Good luck if you live in any complex, they see a number not any letter, etc of the apt and assume that's automatically where the package goes. FedEx STINKS."
"We are FedEx branded, not of ground, but still fedex. The line manager here is a very condescending power hungery simpleton. We have parked here before, now we are told no none fedex. I stated that we had parked here before and pointed out that there were other companies not related to fedex at all. He said that he couldn't have us walking around with my dogs. ( He looked at us on camera and waited hours to complain.) (We made no messes either.) He told us to go park at Walmart that has no truck signs. As I was leaving and asked him about parking at Walmart, he got an attitude and started taking pictures saying that he didn't want to, but now he was going to report us. As I tried to tell him the security, let us in, and I can show that on dash cam he said I came in unlawfully. So, to the big bad LMAO, Line Manager here, just say we need to go and keep your mouth shut about things you are clueless about. Sincerely a fellow OTR driver."
"We often have really bad drivers that just leave packages blocking the steps. Yesterday it was pouring ran all day and they did the same, just left it uncovered blocking the steps instead of walking 5 feet further to put it on the covered porch. When they block the steps it can prevent the mail person from delivering mail because they would have to climb over."
"I have a usual FedEx man who is absolutely wonderful. Have had him for years, knows myself and that I'm a Veteran like him. He knows my wife and our new baby. Today when our new mattress was being delivered. NOT only did the new guy throw the 1200 mattress out of the van but across a 55 moh County route and then lied on delivery email stating it was left at back porch. Have been here 4 years and never has ups or FedEx or anyone left boxes other than in mailbox like that. As a disabled veteran with one leg, let's just say it was alittle dicey getting my car across there and loading it up on the side of route 22a. Thanks for nothing FedEx driver. I know this FedEx is not corporate and I DO LOVE my usual guy but this guy truly hates his job and does not care about the damaged packaging which if my 1200 mattress is damaged unfortunately you will be paying. My Mr. Karen rant is over but please beware everyone."
