"I took a cab home from the airport and the driver attempted to take a route that would’ve taken over twice as long. I used the GPS in my phone to direct him the way to go and he begrudgingly listened. I noticed there was no visible meter for me to follow the price as the journey progressed and when he arrived to my house he charged me nearly double what I’ve paid in the past. He had no way for me to check the rate and the card reader was “broken” so I had to hand him my card so he could put it into his phone. When I complained about the price he took 4 dollars off then mentioned that when girls give him their number he doesn’t charge them. I felt intimidated, uncomfortable, and powerless in that moment and he sped off as soon as I was out of the car, so I wasn’t able to take a photo of the license plate. When I called the company I believe the employee who answered the phone was under the influence of something, he was slurring his speech and was difficult to understand. He told me the person by the name I gave him didn’t work there which didn’t surprise me as I expected he gave me a fake name. I had the merchant number that my card was charged to and instead of trying to help me figure out who it could’ve been, he kept repeating that a person by the name I gave didn’t work there. Don’t use this company, especially if you’re a woman. Ever."

"My experience resonated with other’s review here. The cab was VERY untidy, the driver didn’t help me with the luggage when I had a toddler with me, was charging me almost 1.3 times in non-traffic times. I ultimately ended up canceling my ride"

"Called a cab at the hotel for a guest who had an important business meeting, and they said it would take 15 -20 minutes to come. Not AN HOUR. The guest waited and waited and was very patient, I went on break, came back, and the poor guy was still here in the lobby. My colleague called multiple times while I was gone and had the employee tell him 3 more minutes every time he called about the cab. In the last call, he even had the employee respond with a sassy "Is the world ending?", as if the guest who ordered the cab didn't have an important place to be! Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. DO NOT CALL THESE SERVICES!!!"

"I work at the AC Hotel in Cleveland circle. I have to say this taxi company is not professional at all. I called them at 5:40 for a guest that is having dinner reservation at the capital grille in chestnut hill and they told me 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes later the taxi is still not here. I called multiple times for a taxi to be here as soon as possible he kept saying it was 5 minutes away then almost 45 minutes blew by the cab finally came. people rather here honesty then lies. Be more professional when I called again to get a update when it will arrive he then said "is the world gonna end can you not wait 2 minutes" the guest was furiously mad. Terrible cab company service in the area. Please find another company to make a appointment with so you are not late to your event."
