"I am said husband from a previous review. I am quite sure I’m happy with my marriage. It seems you have quite the reputation in the area, while your behavior seems quite shocking to us, it doesn’t seem to be so shocking to those more familiar with your attitude. I’m so sorry that you were so busy…on a Monday…you couldn’t take the time to be cordial, or even remotely professional to someone you spent less than 2 minutes on the phone with, even though you pay google to have your number on the top of an internet search. You sad little man, find someone to give you a hug, or go to therapy, or find a new source of income. For anyone wanting to use this taxi company, good luck, they don’t care about you. I would personally rather walk that hand over any amount of money to this abhorrent person. Absolutely disgusting. Edit: why a phone call to a taxi company would endanger a pedestrian is beyond my comprehension, why are your drivers answering the phone while driving anyway?This entire interaction is comical. "Full transparency: I haven’t actually used this company before. My Uber was cancelled as they were meant to pick us up, leaving my husband and I scrambling on our anniversary to make our prepaid dinner reservation. I spoke with someone trying to organize a ride and a previous company I had spoken with was calling me back so I asked him to please continue looking if possible while I checked with the earlier company. Luckily the first service, pride taxi, came through. As a courtesy to let black & white know we were set and to thank them for looking I called back. The person I spoke with was so incredibly rude to me and asked “why would I call and flap my lips and waste their time. JESUS CHRIST!” And then proceeded to hang up on me. I was just trying to do the right thing and called back within a minute. I know when under stress it can be hard to maintain your cool, working the service industry myself, but the reaction was unwarranted and so unkind,"

"Call this place to see if they could delivered pizza to my hotel room at 2am. The driver went into the busy busy pizza place (dealing with drunks) 10 min before they closed, grabbed our food, even asked what we wanted for drinks, then brought it to the hotel. OUTSTANDING service, FRIENDLIEST drivers."

"I have never had a bad experience with Black & White Taxi - they are easily the best Provincetown taxi service. I've used them daily for the last 8-9 months, and they are always really honest with wait times, keep their cars clean, have good drivers, and greet me by name when they answer the phone. They've been very good to me."
