"Very disappointed led me to believe I had a limo for my daughter senior prom four days before when I tried to confirm they told me they don't do business in Connecticut. I had to call them daily trying to work with them the receptionist is nice but no return phone calls had to hound them on a daily basis and now I'm without a limo for my daughter's prom poor quality poor professionalism very disappointing not recommended at all."
