"Bus 1 is always late, I catch the bus usually between 830 and 1030 and Everytime it's a driver change and a certain driver is driving we sit at the bus station waiting for him to arrive and when he gets there instead of loading the bus because we're super later he walks in the building for a few mins and walks out like he's not late..... Please fix the issues because quite a few people has been late because of this"
"Needs to be updated. Limited seating no tables"
"My only complaint is that you can't buy a train ticket here, but that's not their business. Amtrak should set something up there"
"Desk agents are helpful and informative, and the busses are generally on time. Google maps helps me know if a bus has been cancelled as well."
"We had spent 22 hours at a toll plaza waiting for a tow. I only has a larger bill. Even though the driver had taken us to ITC, she stayed to tell the new route driver we had payed extra so we needed to get home. First class service and customer service!!!!"
