"Ever day the school bus is inconsistent. They need to figure it out."

"No consistency on the bus route, even with a regular driver. The bus is regularly 15 minutes early or 20 minutes late, so we end up waiting almost 35 minutes many mornings. My husband has missed important meetings and I have been late to an appointment and work. The company never alerts my daughter's high school when this bus is late or needs a driver, in turn she is often late to the school because transportation is inconsistent. Talked with the bus driver about it once and she was very rude to me. I think it is reasonable to expect a notification if busses are going to be late."

"Nrt is run and service by hearty people who don't give up . The bus business cares about kids and go far out their way to make things happen . It not a glorious job but a good sense of commitment gets you through the tough times"

"So this morning well I’m driving to go to work I see that my daughter and her schoolmates are still waiting at the bus stop bus 57 never showed up so I call the school and make them aware to see if they called the school maybe something happened, ended up bringing my daughter and her schoolmates to school I called the Bus Transpertation the manager there was very rude I asked her what are the protocols if a bus doesn’t show up she stated that she called the school but that was a lie And she hung up the phone in my face very very rude management!!!!!!! FYI I don’t think she was management because that’s not how management talks to people But if she was I feel bad for that company with that type of person there."
