"Just tried calling them to get a town car and even though they advertised being 24 hours, THEY ARE NOT. The only reason I called was because of it being “24 hours” and I needed a car unexpectedly in the early morning hours. They told me they weren’t going to call anyone at 3 am and I would not get a ride till 8 am. I was ok with that and willing to wait at the local store until they could get a car but the tone of this lady’s voice was like I was inconveniencing her for calling so early so I no longer want this company to assist me. Maybe they should change the time frame."

"I was referred this vendor and was alarmed to experience such poor service. I primarily worked with Kathi, who made my job very difficult when it came to sharing updates on our airport transfers. I did double the work to verify her work and found her unreliable with comments she made like “I mixed you up with a different group”. I had to follow up with her often and was very anxious leading to our pick up times. First of all, our driver John Porter was very late to pick up our group at the terminals. Kathi insisted it was due to the limo pool, but I strongly feel that a professional service would take that into account and arrive ahead of time. During the drive, he had to stop the car and verify the directions and drop off address. One of our guests threw up immediately after the ride because the bus was humid for the past 2 hours with the lack of A/C, which was requested multiple times, before the A/C was physically managed by one of our passengers at the very end of the ride. I spoke with Kathi to pass along this feedback and she faulted it to being understaffed so I would encourage those who consider this service to steer clear since they will not provide you the kind of service that makes SUCH a big difference when it comes to traveling near and far."

"I am an independent Driver with a CDL-B, and experience in all forms of ground transportation. I've contracted with dozens of Livery companies in and around Eastern MA, Rhode Island and Cape Cod. This past Summer I did some work for White Tie Limousine and was able to observe their business operations first hand. On a number occasions I was left to explain to the clients why their reasonable expectations weren't met. Equipment failure, comfort and convenience issues, run down interiors and outdated vehicles lacking modern amenities, were just some of the complaints. Also, they engage in a billing practice which "over-sells" their packages to drive revenue without adding value. (They'll insist on the $1500 bus when the $800 would be a better fit.) Most of the drivers are good folks trying to do their best with what they're given, but many are frustrated in representing a company that "over-promises, and under delivers". Although the choices on the Cape for charter bus services are limited, I would look for other options."

"When the bride and her entire bridal party drives themselves to her own wedding that's where I draw the line. I will try to make this quick, I worked very hard with White Tie Limo to put together a plan that would work for my wedding. The day of my wedding came around and the driver had no idea where he was going after claiming he drove the route. He had no service either for his GPS. He was asking guests if they could pull it up on their phone asking them where we are going. Long story short the route was 30 min behind schedule and I was going to be so late to my own wedding it wasn't even funny. I ended up driving myself and my bridesmaids. We got off 45 min late and missed 45 min of our reception time. The worst part is I nicely spoke to white tie limo after to see if we could reach an agreement on getting some sort of refund and they are IGNORING ME so here I am! They also tried to blame my guests saying they weren't ready. When I know people were waiting outside in the hot sun for 20+ min. Please support someone else's business."

"Riding from Nantucket Ferry to Boston airport in a black limo bus with no A/C in the middle of summer. Melting in the humidity. Bus driver is nice though and the pickup was easy. Would give 5 stars if it weren’t so uncomfortable. Tip: If you pop open the emergency exit on the roof it helps alittle, the other windows don’t roll down"
