"Absolutely terrible. Pulled out on to a main road that was riddled with traffic considering it’s 2:39 and school just got out. When telling the driver to be more cautious of his driving, he flipped me off. I have his license plate number and will be making a report."

"Called for a taxi and told them to go to the main entrance and they sent the taxi to the other entrance and never called me ..called them back and they won't give a discount because they were in the wrong..they said no..1 1/2 hours to go home and I told them don't come ..horriable service ..never take them again..having a friend get me ..unbelievable.. After talking to.lester about what happened he apologized for the problem and offered a free ride to make up for the inconvenience . I.took him up on the offer and got a free ride today and the cab was there in 2 mins and very nice guy..i know there's time they not on time but if u talk to the boss about the problem they will listen and fix the problem .."
