"Buyer beware: Slim Taxi is an unreliable taxi service and should be avoided at all costs. I scheduled a cab a few days in advance for Christmas Day from Coventry to Amtrak West Kingston. I confirmed it by phone two hours before the pickup no problem. Then, the taxi never arrived and Slim Taxi did not pickup repeated phone calls to check on the status - a Christmas nightmare. We were lucky to find an Uber (at half the cost) and barely made our train."

"SLIM TAXI, actually SAM AJOBIEWE INVESTMENT LLC, is a completely unreliable service. Do NOT use this service for any time-sensitive appointments. I used this service via my insurance to get to a medical appt which was critical. The driver had many days notice of my appt. I was left unnotified until the last minute that the driver was very late (not by the driver but my service) and then the driver got lost - he could not use his GPS! I missed my appt and now have to wait 6 months for another. Think twice about using this HORRIBLE company."

He arrived on time and I was given a warm greeting I appreciated that my credit card was accepted when others companies wanted cash. I received a call from Slim letting me know I had dropped one of my credit cards on the seat. He kindly arranged to return it when one of his drivers would be in the area and called again to check if I received it. They will get any business I have and will be recommended to my friends.
