"Lousy... the dispatcher was racist and made all excuses to even send a cab to pick up because of my accent! Jerk"

"I am a driver who went to pick up Mr. Patrick Okeefe. When I pulled in to the address I saw Master Cab of Waltham cab # 38 pulling out with customer. I informed dispatcher and we tried to call customer, but he never answered. 30 minutes later customer called and was complaining that he was overcharged by $12.00 and asking for reimbursement. We tried to explain to customer that the job was stolen and our company never picked him up, but he was very upset and didn’t even listen. We are very sorry for incident this customer had, but unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for somebody's fault. Before anybody enters the cab they should check the company name on the car. We informed Waltham Hackney Police about this incident."

"I took an Uber Town Car from North Station to Moody St in Waltham and I took a Green Cab back. The Green Cab cost $12 more and the driver had no idea where he was going. When I called to complain the guy at the office said that I never got into his company's cab and that it was either a fake cab or another green cab company that just so happen to be picking someone up at that same exact block at the same exact time. He told me I was nuts. I would never use this company again and they are 100% complete frauds. I am filing a report with the BBB (which they don't even appear on because they are a fake company) and the AG Office."
