"Don't bother with this sham of a company. My family flew into Logan on a late flight, and we had a reservation with Rajit to pick us up. He told us where we could find him, and upon going to that location he was nowhere to be found. He refused to pick up our calls and texted us "Sorry, take a taxi." In short, Rajit abandoned our family of 5 (including twin infants) in the cold at 1 AM. Take an Uber - it's more reliable."
