"We had an early flight and I was concerned that we wouldn't find an UBER at 4:00am. The hotel desk provided me a Marathon Cab business card. I called and arranged a pick up and drop off for the following morning. Immediately after my phone discussion I texted the details, again confirming the pick up location, time and destination. I received a one word reply text, which was the word CONFIRMED. The morning of the scheduled pick up, unfortunately, no one showed up, no one answered the phone, nor did they even have the courtesy to respond to the text inquiring as to where they were. We were fortunate enough to get an UBER and were also fortunate that we didn't miss our flight. I don't recall ever writing a review, but this experience was so bad I had to. My next post will be to the Hotel that referred Marathon Cab to me."
