"I was stranded in East Providence on a 21-degree day 5 miles from my destination. When I called the company the dispatcher told me there were no drivers in East Providence at the time. I asked couldn't a driver drive over to where I was, seeing as they are all1 in cars. The dispatcher repeated there were no drivers in the area, after which I hung up the phone. 5 miles on foot in bitter freezing temperatures, and I will never use USA Taxi ever, even if I am in the same area as their drivers."

"I recently had a fantastic experience with this taxi company. The driver was punctual, courteous, and navigated through traffic efficiently. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a reliable service that I would recommend to others."

"Was picked up very quickly within 5 minutes after talking to the dispatcher. Driver was friendly and got mebto my destination quickly but safely. There were no nerve racking moments as i often get in ride share apps. The ride seemed slightly expensive but they did give me a flat rate, and given that i rarely take actual Taxis opposed to using uber or lyft, the price very well may have been average. Highly reccomend if you're in need. Ride was feom providence to attleboro."

"This is not a company, it’s only one taxi, one driver working 24 hours a day. A taxicab driver is only allowed to work 12 hours per shift. I see all this comments, Rolando this, Rolando that. My goodness this driver must be tired since he’s every where day and nights. I would never put my life at risk again with this driver."
