"A nice store that lost our business as a result of a rude attendant. As we started browsing, my husband asked the (masked) worker if they had a restroom he could use. He said at this time they do not. My husband said I'm sure there's one in the building. The worker said "yeah." We had just driven 40 minutes to get to the shop, had first stopped at what we learned was their old location in Milford (I mentioned this before the restroom question so they could try to fix the mix-up with apple maps so other people wouldn't do the same thing), and were planning on being there for awhile to shop. I was planning on asking to use the restroom as well...I wonder if he would have also denied a six month pregnant woman. This was unacceptable customer service for a small, standalone shop to not offer a restroom to customers. It left us feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Perhaps paranoid workers should not be working with the public. We were planning on purchasing several items and felt very disappointed after this interaction. I was looking forward to patronizing this shop because of their selection of organic goods and because we make a point to support local, small businesses. Based on the service we received, I do not recommend visiting."
