"We were just there, not even a half an hour. Customer service was appalling. Firstly we came in because we had an appointment for bride maids so we can find styles that suit us. Upon walking in we weren't greeted and when we asked for help with selections, they told us whats there is there. Found dresses to try on and we went to the fitting room that has a door that closes; now four woman trying on dresses assuming because he was a man that we'd close the door because it was in direct view of the counter where the gentleman was. He came on and proceeds to scold us for closing it but we weren't told we couldn't. As we were leaving we placed our dresses on the racks and said our goodbye but was met with dirty looks from the staff that was at the desk, and no response from any of them as they continued to stare. Honestly we were the only brown girls in the store and this experience left an unpleasant feeling in all of us. There were a few other woman there looking and trying on dresses while having conversations with the staff."

"Had an appointment today for dress shopping for my bridesmaid, unfortunately was not greeted and had to inquiry what we were suppose to do, we were then told we pick dresses and put them in the dressing room and I asked what about your size options and the man at the front said whatever is on the racks is what we have but we can order in the size you need. The dresses we tried ended up being way to small and we had to hold them up to see what the dresses would look like and the other bridesmaid is much smaller and there wasn’t anyone to help with the attires and we were holding them up in very tiny dressing room and no platform to see the dresses. As we left the staff gave us dirty looks and we just ended up going to David’s bridal."
