"I am with the AG now at the hearing level and although I know I qualify, I believe I will be denied due to the AG. I found out at the HEARING things I didn't know and don't feel I have proven because I didn't know... they give your case very little attention and it's VERY impersonal. I had only 1 person at the end that I thought was going to be helpful but never heard from her again... if you need disability, go with a private lawyer. My life is possibly destroyed because of this group."
"They have been awesome and still they are working with me and i appreciate everything they've done. if you're not happy with the group you should call back and see if they can help you because they always try. And if you didn't get social security that wouldn't be causing of them. they have certain guidelines and parameters that they have to use. Basically is up to the doctor report and how we fill out the paperwork. i appreciate all the help they have given me so far."
"This company was awesome! This was my 1st filing and the advocator group was very thorough and went through every step with me. If i had any questions they were answered in a timely fashion. They were always friendly when i contacted them. This is a process that takes time and patience. I won my case and i owe it to understanding the process and having the advocator group working for me. I could not have done it by myself."
"Horrible service! Extremely disappointed. I said them all the information that they needed even for my remanned case. I called them several times they never called me back I always receive the same answer somebody will call you back shortly. The judge ended up using basically the same response that my original judge have used and the information in there was inaccurate. At the 1st appeal that I made on my own I had written a letter indicating all of the mistakes that were done by the original judge. I told the advocate or group to submit it again with this remanned. Again nobody called me they just take it upon themselves to let the case go. They don't realize that they're messing with people's lives. If I were you I would just like try to find a better group of people to represent you. I regionally started off with Binder and Binder and was passed off to this company because of their bankruptcy. When I signed up with them I had no idea that they were in the middle of a bankruptcy this should have been disclosed to me before I signed with them. This definitely would have been the sign to me not to go with them. I am sure all of the good reviews are people that are paid to leave them that work for their company or friends and family."
"I used them because my ltd provider recommended them and stated that it was at no cost to me. It was a mistake. I notified them of my tending physicians and even emailed them a list in chronological order. They failed to provide this list and took forever to file. I had suspicions that they work in the best interest of their real client, the long term disability provider, and not me. I'd recommend getting your own lawyer who had just your best interest in mind."
