Sal reached out, and he was kind, compassionate, and made me feel like he truly understood what I was going through (we must have been on the phone for almost an hour talking about my mom's situation). I was ready to use his service, but after I showed him pictures and a video, he advised me to use a deep cleaning service instead. Though he was certain Biohazard PRO could do a great job for us, he told me a deep cleaning service would cost significantly less.
