"This is an update from my original 3 star review, which was given because I never received the e-mail apparently sent to confirm a date and time for service. Tim corrected this misunderstanding and was a pleasure to work with. He gave a clear assessment of the problem concerning mice invasion and was most willing to work with me to address the greatest needs as that cost was more manageable for me. In addition, Tim was professional in both his presentation and representation of USX Pest Control. He was quick in troubleshooting the original miscommunication with the office."

"Our attic had a bat problem since we bought the house. A previous vendor tried and failed to keep them out. So we decided to up our game. USX came out and confidently determined the problem and its resolution. Now, after 3 visits over a few months, our attic is sealed and cleaned! And should any bats get back in, they will come out and take care of it. Would recommend for their professionalism and experience. The workers who came to my house were fantastic and helped reassure me the problem would and could be resolved. I would describe the service provided as Bat Removal (not extermination; bats are great for the environment just not my attic!)"

"The initial visit was when I realized that I knew nothing about pest control and these people are legitimate experts. Tim and I walked around the house and property talking about all of it. I learned a lot and gained complete confidence with USX. Frank came by soon after and followed through on everything we talked about. They are both complete pros and mindful of our sleeping baby when they pull in. I’d give them more starts if this thing would let me."
