"Doesn't answer their phone. Claims department doesn't respond to emails. Admin just sends a regurgitated form letter over and over. This company was contacted by a local Florida TV station in regards to all of the above and stonewalled them too. I wouldn't be terribly surprised to discover the owner of this company and some functionary in the Ocala, FL municipal government are cronies. Though most likely these guys were the lowest bidder, overpromised and have underdelivered big time. That's about par for the course with anything vsguely connected to small town Florida politics."
