"Paul Gannon seemed to have a completely different agenda. Throughout the entire process, it was evident that he prioritized his own interests above all else, disregarding the importance of collaboration and professionalism in the real estate industry. From the very beginning, Paul's lack of communication and responsiveness became a major obstacle. He rarely returned calls or emails in a timely manner, causing unnecessary delays and frustration for all parties involved. It was clear that he did not understand the urgency and time-sensitive nature of real estate transactions, which hindered the progress of the deal. Furthermore, Paul's lack of knowledge and expertise in his role as a seller's attorney was alarming. This created a hostile and unproductive environment, making it nearly impossible to negotiate or work towards a mutually beneficial outcome. It became increasingly clear that Paul was solely focused on his own financial gain rather than the best interests of his clients. Working with Paul Gannon during the sale of the property was a frustrating and disappointing experience. His unprofessionalism and lack of integrity not only hindered the progress of the deal but also damaged the reputation of the real estate industry as a whole. In my 12 years of experience, I have encountered various challenges and difficult individuals, but none have come close to the unprofessionalism displayed by Paul Gannon. It is disheartening to witness such behavior in a field that relies heavily on trust, collaboration, and ethical conduct. Moving forward, it is crucial that we continue to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and surround ourselves with individuals who share the same commitment to excellence. The sellers' agent and attorney should always prioritize the best interests of their clients and work together to secure a successful and fair deal. Unfortunately, Paul Gannon failed to meet these basic expectations, leaving a negative impact on the entire transaction."
