"My goal is to prevent another awful experince for a desperate woman seeking a divorce. Attorney Champa neglected my case and has never provided an invoice or statement regarding to how my retainer funds have been used. (Update: I was sent everything an hour after I posted this review. Interesting timing). I expressed to Attorney Champa that I was being verbally and emotionally abused and could not afford groceries during my divorce. Attorney Champa filed no motions on behalf to secure child support or ensuring communication from my ex would be by text. When I sent emails pleading for help, the only response I received from Attorney Champa was that she was busy with another person’s trial. As a woman, I am disgusted by Attorney Champa's misconduct and neglect. I have taken the steps to report her to the Board of Bar Overseers. I do not recommend that she continue to practice law and should probably just retire since she does not want to meet even bare expectations of an attorney for those in need of quality services. Ps. Her “we” below is just her and a paralegal. You’ll be better off with a larger law firm!!!!"
