"I have been a customer of Jon-Don for over 19 years. It has unfortunately went down-hill drastically in the last 4 years. Jon-Don does not stand by their core company strategy! They misdiagnosed my ProChem Performer 805 after charging me over $7K in repairs and gave me the only option of buying a new machine due to lack of parts instead of repairing properly. I found out later that my machine had a recall on the fuel pump, but they said that they could not fix it and stated that it was the fuel rack when it was not! Since they have hired Duke approximately 4 years ago, the service I have received is subpar at best. I have reached out several times about resolving my issue, in which they do not respond and come up with excuses. In my mind, this company has poor customer service and lack of professionalim since they will not return my calls. After doing my own research, I was able to find Bruce of Interlink Supply who did fix my machine with no issues. Don't use Jon-Don, you will regret your decision."
