"Princi Mills Law assisted us at a very stressful time. We were in the process of purchasing a home when we learned that the title of the house had unspecified (to us) problems, thus the lawyer who originally agreed to work with us withdrew. Because we were already very invested with money spent on inspections we looked for help from 5-6 attorneys to look into the problems and explain us how bad it is. A couple of months later we were able to find and buy a much better place with their professional help. We felt 100% confident we were working with the best team possible and that the silver lining of the horrible experience we had with the prior title issue was that we met very good people who are also great at their job.
