"Very unprofessional and rude. I called regarding the divorce counsel through my Metlife legal plan. The attorney answered the phone with a very "tired" voice (the call was 11:15 am) with a loud music in the background and when I asked if he can help with the divorce he asked me in an irritated tone "there are no lawyers in your city?". It's not the behaviour I would expect, nor I would accept. Very rude and unprofessional."

"Called to get some advice and asked for advice for the legal program through work, insisted on getting the charge number all to tell me he doesn't handle that. The lawyer was rude and will never use this office again,"

"I contacted Mr. Prince via email about a legal matter. He promptly responded and we spoke about my case. Mr. Prince advised me that I had already been offered a good deal by the prosecution and urged me to take it. He could have taken my case and charged me a bunch of money for the same outcome. In my short conversation, my impression is Mr. Prince is a fair and honest attorney. If I needed further council or had another legal matter in the area I would certainly call him again."

"I had a trash experience speaking with Robert, whom I was referred to via the Hyatt group plan. The way he spoke to me, a curious potential client, was demeaning, rude, and seemingly mysoginistic. The only positive is that he actually did call me back same day I left a message. Our call dropped half way through, as I was on the move, but I think that was a blessing in disguise the way our "conversation" was headed. 0/10 Avoid!!"
