"This firm charged a lot for their services, but they did help us make a (rather complicated) estate plan. When we went back after about 2 years to make some changes and also to complete the asset alignment, they did not reply to emails and, in spite of promises by the receptionist, did not return my calls. Perhaps completing the estate plan is not as remunerative as drawing it up, but I feel it is less than professional to refuse to complete it."
