"Don't waste your money. Slow, slow, slow...poor communication, lack of proper documentation, errors. Just when you think everything is all set, months later find out a necessary form was not filed for title transfer. Had to scramble once again, quite fortunately we now had a competent lawyer that fixed it"
"My family paid Christopher Casey $20,000 two-and-a-half years ago to settle my mother-in-law's estate that was unlawfully signed over to her older son. Over the past two-and-a-half years, my husband and I did not badger these attorneys for updates, but the few times we have wanted to know the progress of the case - we paid them! - we never heard from them: unreturned phone calls, as well as unanswered messages and e-mails. Most recently, there was a tax question that was supposed to be resolved by April 15, 2023. That date came and went without any update. A month-and-a-half without a simple update, and two-and-a-half years with our $20,000 and nothing to show for it. From the little that we do know about how these folks are using our money, we have discovered that they did not do their due diligence by subpoenaing necessary records related to the estate in the past TWO AND A HALF YEARS to make the estate whole and settle it once and for all. Additionally, the original paperwork this firm filed in court two-and-a-half years ago was the wrong paperwork, delaying a time-sensitive process! Two-and-a-half years is an unnecessarily long time to settle a retired nurse's small estate. The house was sold over a year ago. I do not recommend this firm at all. They are unresponsive, at least once they take your money. Additionally, by their own 'joking' admission, they have received numerous complaints with the Massachusetts Bar Association."
"I had the absolute privilege of working with both Attorney Chris Casey and Attorney Denise Harvey at Casey, Lundregan & Burns, P.C. during a challenging time when I needed to establish a guardianship for my special needs son. Their expertise and compassion throughout the entire process were truly commendable. They took the time to understand our unique situation, guiding us with professionalism and empathy. Attorney Casey and Attorney Harvey demonstrated extensive knowledge of special needs law along with prompt and accurate filing of paperwork. Their dedication to protecting my son’s best interest was evident, and their communication was outstanding. I highly recommend Casey, Lundregan & Burns, P.C. to anyone in need of legal assistance. They are true advocates for families like mine, and their commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of special needs individuals is truly admirable."
"I easily scheduled a phone consultation online and Chris called me to discuss my situation. He took the time to talk me through everything and even after I decided I wouldn't need his services, he offered me advice on what I should do and told me how to get it done. Chris was extremely knowledgeable in helping me navigate probate procedures."
"I had a 5 star experience with this firm,, just having completed my estate planning, including establishing a Trust. Attorney Christopher Casey was extraordinary. Along with his legal expertise, he was kind and patient. He educated me and responded respectfully to my many questions and changes, From the onset, he made it clear that his commitment was to my "getting it right". I could not be more satisfied with both the results and the process of my estate planning. Without hesitation 5+ rating is merited for Attorney Chris Casey and his firm!"
