"So about a month ago I wrote a review about how this office had called me at home and claimed I hadn't made payments in a few months when in fact I had (thank god for bank statements). The man I spoke with was very rude with little to no people skills... I just happened to be going over my May bank statements and noticed they hadnt taken Mays payment out. I feel that maybe they're skimming over my payment because of my incident with the rude employee to have a reason to call and complain. Little does this office know I will be calling tomorrow morning to correct YET ANOTHER mistake from this law office... Please be careful with this office.
