"Called to speak with a lawyer weeks ago. Left message with receptionist and no one ever returned my call. Called to ask a question not sure if I would need to retain services but Kathleen would not spend 5 minutes on phone to answer my question so I don't know if I need an attorney. Ridiculous. Office referred me to legal aide. I don't live in MA so nor helpful. Very disappointing"
