"Thank you for providing a feedback forum. I was not impressed. Anthea forgot pertinent information twice, repetitively consoled me as if she were reading from a checklist, and was unable to correctly relay my issue. She is not a great asset to your team. Unfortunately, she is not the only member of your team to fail to deliver. Thanks for finally getting us competent representation to resolve the hit and run issue. However, this does not satisfactorily resolve my second issue. When a privately held building puts a picnic table in a parking space and multiple people get hit by vehicles while sitting at said picnic table, you should see the merit in pursuing a negligent endangerment case against said property owner. Your note taker Anthea was unable to grasp this basic element and proceeded to make the claim the collision caused Jennifer's death. In fact, the placement of the table recklessly endangered her--AND she was not the first person to be hit by a car while sitting there. And yes, subsequent treatments did drain her energy which certainly contributed to her weakened condition and eventual death. But that is not the central issue. You don't have to die to be endangered."

"I really enjoyed the consultation with Bonnie. She is very patient, especially with me being a senior. Her professionalism and ability to communicate made it easy to understand Morgan and Morgan objects and policies. I also enjoyed the fact that we are both military veterans. Your billboard says something like you are for the people and she definitely made me feel that way. I am giving her five stars out of five."

"I was in a motorcycle accident on May 30th Never Even knew I had a lawsuit because the police gave me a ticket. I knew it wasn’t my fault but that’s not the way everyone was treating me. Then by chance Morgan&Morgan contacted me told me they could help me. I have traumatic brain injury so I’m having trouble reading and remembering. I get overwhelmed very quickly. Morgan&Morgan has made the process extremely easy for me because I’m not much help with my case. They are kind and respectful to me and have adjusted to my condition when trying to contact me and when asking for information. I’m extremely happy with them and don’t believe anyone would help me like they have! I haven’t been able to work since then and still have over a year before doctors think my brain will be healed . My right leg is also permanently injured after my bike landed on it. I’m going to need a lot of money to get out of dept and I trust them completely! "So far so good. Granted everything is in the beginning stages for me... I still have nothing but nice things to say. Everyone I've spoken too has been wonderful. Prime example, I sent a chat message around 1930 on a Wednesday night looking for some information. The person who entered the chat was quick, clear and efficient. Seven min later I got what I needed and I am back to enjoying my dinner. 10/10 recommended so far!"
