The communication was terrible, the closing attorney was constantly behind on emails or not following the chain and they charged my borrower over $13K to close a single transaction. This is borderline theft. Stay away from this firm. Poor service and overcharging are not good for business. Now my borrower is going to file a formal complaint to the AGs office and NH Bar association to get some of his money back. Let this be a warning."
