"Disrespectful, condescending, unprofessional. Upon notifying the firm that they're website's "contact us" is inoperable; and that I had contacted them 10 days prior, and left a voice message - the courtesy notification call was met with a negative experience lead by admin staff and JOAN who stated she is a "paralegal". As a homeowner in Cumberland I noticed they are local to me, (and now I see the location, no thanks) they have several positive reviews, so I did want a consultation on a legal issue. Now I also see these reviews are mostly probate, real estate closings, and a Christmas party? No, no, no, not for me anyhow. Moving forward I recommend you get a handle on your customer facing employees with professional training, and hire a better IT company - or just hire one. But I most definitely do not need to be disrespected. Bad energy, bad vibes, no way."
