"Absolutely the worst experience ever with a real estate lawyer and I have used a few!! Completely unprofessional and those where the good parts!!! Worked out a hand shake deal months earlier over dinner were all parties where very happy. Just needed to do the paperwork. I told my in laws if they use the same attorney who did the closing when they purchased the house they usually give a discount for repeat business. They chose the attorney and the agreement was each side would pay their own closing costs. Paul convinced my in laws to make me pay their closing( 7+ thousand dollars and tried to get them to raise the price because the market was moving up). This caused a riff between my family and my in laws that has only recently be reconciled. If it where not for the market I would have lost that money. He screwed up the spelling on several pages on the contract that had to be corrected. He double payed venders after I told him we had already paid them out of pocket. (Home inspection and pest inspection) He made us an appointment for a closing at 1pm and slid another family in front of us and made us wait on his porch in 90 degree weather for an hour and a half. No asking if we could come in later, or waiting in our air conditioned cars, not even a sorry for the wait. By the way he charged us full price and then some. I would not recommend this guy to worst enemy. I'm not that cruel. Don't walk but run from this guy!! He is arrogent to the extreme on top of it all. He is the very definition of shady. Never again!!! I would pay another lawyer double before I would go back!!!"

"I would not recommend this office at all. My name was misspelled on the deed they recorded. I reached out to this attorney’s office on several occasions but Paul hasn’t even bothered to return my phone calls. Rather than do the right thing and rectify THEIR MISTAKE, the attorney placed blame on his legal assistant Alyssa’s lack of due diligence. The only recourse I have at this juncture to go to another attorney’s office to draft up another contract and fix the error on the initial deed that was recorded which is costing me an additional several hundred dollars. Spare yourself future headache and go to an attorney whose office is diligent, meticulous, responsive and will honor their work if they made a mistake."
