"I have been a client of Wendi's Cleaning Service since 2010. They have provided exceptional cleaning services throughout the years. I frequently travel and Wendi's Management graciously work to accommodate schedule changes to my scheduled cleaning. I hired Wendi’s for a post renovation clean; the aftermath of the renovation was a daunting clean-up and Wendi’s was a lifesaver for me. They washed down walls, woodwork, floors and windows every nook and cranny several times to ensure the fine dust particles were no longer present when they left. They have performed spring cleaning, as well as my regular cleanings every 3 weeks. When I am not on travel, I work from home and have met all the cleaners, whom I consider to be friendly, competent and trustworthy. I have no problem with Wendi’s housecleaners coming into my home while I am away; they have been doing so throughout the 10 years I have been a client without an issue. My home is spotless when they leave and I could not be happier. Janelle, the owner is fabulous. Mary the previous owner was equally so; Andrea, a former manager personally stopped into my house during my post renovation cleaning to ensure the cleaning service met my expectations. I have hired house cleaning services for my parent’s home in Mass and Florida, and none have ever measured up to the service and professionalism I receive from Wendi’s Cleaning Service. I have recommended Wendi’s to family and friends, and would only do if I were not completely confident and satisfied with their services. I am disappointed to see negative reviews. As a business person, I understand there are some people you cannot ever please, no matter how hard you try. Its family owned business, professional and courteous staff, and never had a single issue with the service or staff in over a decade. Responsiveness is awesome even requesting schedule changes with short notice, flexibility is great when I ask them to stay extra time during spring garage cleaning or fall basement cleanup. They are the only ones entered my house during the pandemic due to the safety precautions they followed. Highly recommend their service!!!"
