"Dropped off laundry on a Friday for wash, dry and fold service to be picked up the next day. Called the number listed on Saturday morning; no one answered. Decided to drive over. Was told that I would have to come back at 1:00 pm. I had errands and couldn't make it back in time before they closed. Called Sunday morning. Again, no answer. This is my first experience with this business. Not overly impressed. The lack of communication and no call back is alarming."

"Certainly a very clean laundromat with plenty of parking, however that is where the positive ends. First, the majority of machines are used for their wash/dry/fold service, which is their prerogative and I realize that is a money maker for them and helps a lot of people who can't do their laundry. However, when easily 75% of machines and dryers are not able to be used it makes finding machines to use difficult. There are also signs stating bedding is not allowed??? Not pet bed but ALL bedding? What? When I do laundry I should be able to do my bedding. And it isn't certain machines that don't allow bedding, ALL machines don't allow bedding. Lastly the owners hover over you, don't use dryer sheets! It's bizarre and uncomfortable and though I have been there several times as I live less than a quarter of a mile from the place I avoid it and would rather go to Seabrook or Amesbury."
