While one person did cleaning (a decent, not thorough job) the 2 others went through the house under the guise of cleaning other possible areas, and stole jewelry and liquor and other easy to miss items. "(I'm going to try one more time to put this review up, my phone won't let me finish.) So, as I was saying I'm not giving this company a 5 star because of the job they did, altho they did do what the said they were going to do. I giving them a 5 star because they were courteous, patient , understanding and professional. They came in did the job but because of my insurance company and bank they had to wait I believe more than 2 months for their check. I was dealing with Linda. Each time I spoke to her she would say I really am sorry you have to go thru all of this. Now I know they have probably dealt with my situation a bunch of times before. But they never once sounded inpatient or agitated. I truly wanted to work with the company. Because they have to be an awesome work place all the workers were happy. The work place atmosphere must be awesome especially for the type if work they do. I can't remember the owners name but. He also worked out a deal with me just to get the job. Because I didn't know what company I was going to use. And after all the hog wash they had to go thru with the check he never once went back on his word. I know there is another place and Ive never worked with them. But I do know these people at trauma were god sent. I sure if I would have been with another company things wouldn't have gone so pleasant. Thank you Trauma team. And as soon as I see a job posting I will be sending my resume lol."
