"Cleaning was fine, but prices were exorbitant! $13 to clean a pair of khakis? Almost cheaper to buy new pants. And cost to launder shirts was $1.00 to $1.25 higher per shirt, compared to the cleaners down the street that I normally use. Way too expensive."

"I started using Anton's Cleaners (Canton) recently based on my neighbor's recommendation. But I have to say I didn't have good experience. I noticed 25% off for coats in Nov. on Anton's website, and decided to dry clean two light winter coats. I dropped them off on Nov. 3 Friday, asked the staff about the quotes. She indicated the cost for each about $21s, and that the coupon I left her was applicable. But when I picked them up on Nov.8 Wednesday, I was surprised by the bill of ~$55.8. The staff explained to me that these two clothes are not actually coats, instead they are jackets, and hence no discounts. But this was different from what I was told at drop-off by another staff. Then she changed the category to coats but still the total cost was in $55s because each coat costs $33+ before she applied 25% off. I found it hard to accept the non-transparency in pricing and inconsistence in their staffs' statements. I didn't find the price list on Anton's website or in the store. A few months ago I dried clean a sweater with a coupon of 25% off (promotion in the month). When I picked it up, the cost was ~$16. I had no idea whether I got any discount. That was why I specifically asked for a quote at the time of the drop-off this month. Still the prices were different at the pick-up. Even more unbelievable I heard from a frequent user of Anton's (Canton) that the original price for dry cleaning a sweater is $16. So I didn't get the discount either the first time I used Anton's service. After the visit, I received a text message reminding me to rate Anton's on Google reviews if I had a good experience, or send them a feedback directly if I didn't. So I chose the latter. So far I haven't heard from anyone from Anton's Cleaners."

"Unfortunately, I do not have good feedback to share. I’ve been a customer for about 10 years now. I dropped off two pieces and asked if they might be ready in two days. I was told yea but not informed that there would be an additional charge. Please be sure to inform customers of any extra charge. Had I know I would not have had the cleaning expedited. Furthermore, the pieces were wet when picked up. I had an event that I planned to wear one piece to. I did leave a message at the store to request a partial refund given 1.) not informed if extra charge and 2.) incomplete service"

"They kindly accepted a last minute request for a big event and had the service done in about 2hrs. Very grateful! I also received cleaning for a large comforter which was done in good time and at a good price. Love the service here!"
