"We drove 10 hours for our cousins wedding and in the mist of the chaos with two kids missed that my husbands dress shirt was stained in multiple places. Of course I didn’t notice until I was steaming it hours before the wedding. I called to ask what the likely hood would be if they could clean it for me. I thought it would be a long shot but to my surprise they agreed to do it. It was done within two hours and they even got every stain out. I want to thank them for their kindness, understanding and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of last minute services."

"The employees here are rude and get a zero for customer service. I brought pants, blazer, sweater and tie in to be cleaned for Thanksgiving. They were mistagged and given to someone else. They did get them back but three days after their due date. A business that values their clients would comp the small ($26.00) charge. Not these folks. Apparently here the customer is wrong to expect some renumeration when the service is not delivered as promised. I won't be going back here again! Apparently they have so much business customers like me do not matter."

"This establishment used to be great until Joann the new manager took over for her amazing mother Karen! Not only is she horrible to her employees but treats costumers that have been going there for years with disrespect also! She has terrible customer service and loses articles of people’s clothing all the time! I’ve seen her charge customers for a dry cleaning and laugh go in the back iron and press them and call it a day! Worst establishment I’ve ever worked for very unorganized poor communication and very child like environment!"

"This establishment has employees that will go above and beyond for their customers. Although they understand some problems cannot be fixed, they do what they can to fix mistakes. Wonderful business where quality is definitely held in higher regard than quantity. Crystal is by far the sweetest customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with."

"Terrible!!! I echo the other reviews. The woman in charge was rude and really could care less about my issues. They lost three expensive shirts. I waited 9 months for them to find them and then offered a generous settlement. In the fine print on the back of the ticket they state they will only pay 10 times the cleaning cost. The print is almost unreadable for many. Read it if you are able and stay away. She claims human error is unavoidable. In essence we have to pay because they are careless."
