"I took a pair of self lined draperies to We Care to see how well they cleaned. They charged me more than $50 up front. I pointed out to the clerk, who was almost rude, that there were a couple of small spots. It took several trips to be able to pick them up because the store was closed during what was supposed to be their open hours. The drapes shrunk several inches in length, lining disintegrated and stain still there. Since I wasn't going to use them for a while I didn’t examine the condition of the drapes right away so I didn't go back.But I was advised at Cleary cleaners that these types of drapery are not recommended to be dry cleaned, particularly because of the metal grommets at the top and they couldn't guarantee a successful result That person saved me the cost of cleaning 5 more pair. No such information from "We Care" although it must have been known. $50 lesson learned. Beware " We Care"!"

"They should change the name to We Don't Care Cleaners. Overpriced and subpar quality. Proprietor needs a course in Customer Service. Lucky to be the only game in town. They want money up front as well. Would NEVER recommend."

"Been using We Care exclusively for 11 years for dry cleaning and alterations. All was good until COVID. I understand that COVID would have hit Dry Cleaning services hard with so many work from home'rs, and so I tried to give them business when I could. But it was the adjusted hours, that killed it for me. A few wasted trips to find them closed when their online hours indicated open. The worst of it; 9-5 hours!? If the majority of dry cleaner clients are 9-5ers (8-5 in reality), how are we supposed to get there during your open hours? Open early and close early is the move. You chose the most inconvenient hours for business people and it is only going to kill you faster. You service the Shipyard and they come in early!? Go 5AM - 1PM; everyone is happy."
