Then I finally took it to Lapels in Hanover. Mary did an AMAZING job. I can’t believe I waited that long. And this coat is Armani and I was always afraid to have anyone trying to hem it up. And also the girl behind the counter is very sweet. So great price AMAZING job! And I’ll have this coat for the rest of my life! I am a forever customer!"

"I have to say I’m very disappointed in the service I received. I took my bridesmaid dress home to find that it seemed like nothing was done to it and it was not altered like I ask. It was still too big, the part that attaches the hook on the back was gone, the back straps were puckering out, and the dress didn’t lay flat. I had to have someone come see it by hand to fix it. ***FOLLOW UP- I talked to the manager and she was extremely helpful and wanted to rectify the situation.
