"There is no customer service with this company: I called twice with no answer, and my voicemails weren’t returned. My clothes were not picked up within the time frame I requested (that’s listed on all the company’s lockers), so I had to find an alternative dry cleaning company."

"Sent a coat for dry cleaning, they ended up losing it somewhere and didn’t respond with any updates for 2-3 weeks. Still have no clue what is going on - do not recommend, save your money and clothes as well."

Upon calling they didn't have an answer as to why the jacket wasn't delivered and I was told I would receive a message on the current status but never did and now they won't pick up my calls or call back."

"In town for little league world series regionals being held at Dover Little League and needed laundry service STAT!! absolutely top notch. Clothes were folded to the highest military standard ( should know, ARMY ) and the folks working their 100% professional and friendly. Thanks for all you do."

"My building has a partnership with Emerald Cleaners. I sent my wedding dress in to be cleaned, not preserved. It has been FOUR MONTHS and I cannot get an update from the cleaners about my dress. They dont answer emails, return messages left, or answer the phone. When I managed to get someone on the line a few times, they are unable to give me a timeline or update about my dress. I would not trust them with any sentimental pieces of clothing. UPDATE: I did finally receive my wedding dress back after calling and leaving messages with anyone that would answer the phone. When I revived my dress back it still had sticks, grass and dirt all in the bottom hem. (See photos). I contacted Emerald Cleaners about this and they offered to re-do the dress however, with their history of poor communication and nearly six months of radio silence I refused to give it back. They did refund my money for the service."
